欢迎使用 Pupu AI。“Pupu AI”是指上海泰快科技有限公司及其关联方合法拥有并运营的、名称为“Pupu AI”的客户端应用程序、官方网站（https://pupupu.ai/）等以 Pupu AI 名义为用户提供服务的产品。

我们深知个人信息对您的重要性，我们将按照法律法规规定，保护您的个人信息及隐私安全。本《隐私政策》说明了 Pupu AI（以下简称“我们”）在您使用我们的应用程序（以下简称“App”）及相关服务（以下简称“服务”）时，如何收集、使用、存储及共享您的信息。使用本服务即表示您同意本隐私政策中所述的相关做法。如您不同意我们的做法，请不要使用本服务。

邮箱验证码登录：当您选择通过邮箱验证码登录时，我们会收集您的邮箱地址用于发送验证码。该邮箱地址仅用于身份验证及与账户相关的必要沟通，例如密码重置或重要账户通知等。

第三方登录（微信、Apple、Google）：如您使用微信、Apple 或 Google 登录，我们可能从这些第三方平台获取一定信息。例如，微信可能会提供您的 openID、昵称及头像；Apple 可能提供您的 Apple ID、姓名及您选择共享的邮箱地址；Google 登录则可能提供您的 Google 账户ID、姓名及邮箱地址。我们使用这些信息来创建和管理您的 Pupu AI 账户，验证身份，并为您提供顺畅的登录体验。

1.2 使用过程中的信息

为向您提供更优质的 AI 生成服务，我们基于人工智能模型技术，在您使用服务过程中将收集包括但不限于以下类型的信息：

  • 内容指令信息：当您主动输入或选择文本、图片等内容作为生成指令时，我们将收集相关信息并用于实现您提出的功能需求，包括模型解析、服务反馈与结果输出。在确保信息安全、使用加密脱敏处理、且无法识别个人身份的前提下，我们可能将部分内容用于模型优化，以不断提升生成能力和服务质量。
  • 使用行为数据：我们将记录您在服务中的操作行为，例如生成内容的类型、与 AI 的互动频率、功能使用路径、每次会话的持续时间等。这些数据有助于我们分析使用偏好、提升系统稳定性、优化交互体验，并据此改进产品设计、功能流程和推荐逻辑。
  • 剪切板信息处理：在您参与活动、使用分享功能或接收链接跳转等过程中，Pupu AI 可能需要访问您设备的剪切板内容，用于读取特定格式的口令、活动码或链接等。仅当识别内容属于 Pupu AI 指令范围时，该等信息才会被上传至我们的服务器，其余非相关内容不会被采集或上传。部分操作系统可能会弹出“读取剪切板”的提示，该提示仅反映系统行为，并不代表数据已上传。若您对此有疑问，欢迎随时与我们联系核实。
  • 设备与网络信息：我们可能收集用于访问服务的设备相关信息，包括但不限于设备型号、操作系统版本、唯一设备标识符（如 Android ID、OAID、IDFA、IDFV）、IP 地址、MAC 地址、Wi-Fi 信息、蓝牙、基站信息、软件版本号、网络接入方式与状态、网络质量数据等，用于保障服务兼容性、安全性与访问性能。
  • 行为日志与异常检测：为提升产品运行质量与安全防护能力，我们将记录您设备上的应用运行状态与系统行为，包括安装应用列表、正在运行的进程、使用频率、崩溃日志、性能数据、传感器数据（如加速度传感器）等。这些信息将帮助我们识别故障、分析问题来源，并持续改进用户体验。
  • 安全与合规用途：在您使用服务过程中，我们可能结合账号信息、设备信息、行为日志及关联方或合作方提供的授权信息，用于判断账号安全状态、交易合法性、进行身份验证、识别潜在风险行为，或检测及防范可能的安全事件，并根据需要采取记录、分析、预警或处置等合规措施。

  • 服务提供与优化：我们将使用您提供的使用行为数据和设备信息，以提供、维护和持续优化我们的服务。这包括功能完善、问题修复及性能提升。
  • 个性化推荐与通知推送：基于您在使用服务中的操作行为，我们可能为您定制个性化内容，包括故事推荐、功能提示和界面展示优化等。相关内容可能通过 App 界面、系统通知等形式向您呈现，包括您账户动态、关注对象内容更新等。您可在设备设置中关闭推送通知功能。
  • 沟通与通知：我们可能通过您提供的联系方式（如邮箱、手机号）向您发送与服务相关的重要通知，包括功能变更、安全提示、条款更新等。我们不会将此类通知用于非授权目的，您也可选择拒绝接收此类信息。

Third-Party Login (WeChat, Apple, Google): If you use WeChat, Apple, or Google to log in, we may receive certain information from these third-party platforms. When using Google to log in, we may get your Google account ID, name, and email address.
